In a near future where robot fighting is a major global sport, China leads the field and its developers dominate every tournament. A small open-source team starts with almost nothing, but volunteers from many places help them build a strong robot named Rocky. They must solve technical failures, survive sabotage, and prove that open collaboration can beat expensive closed systems.
